Service-Learning Honors Option

Service-Learning Honors Option

In partnership with the Center for Service-Learning and Civic Engagement, the MSU Honors College offers its students the Service-Learning Honors Option. This is a way for students to gain hands-on experience that benefits the community while earning honors credit!

Service-Learning Honors Options enable students to:

  • Connect classroom learning with community experience
  • Engage in a meaningful project that benefits the community
  • Participate in orientation and training
  • Reflect on civic responsibility

Honors students are required to register their project, indicating both faculty and community support, by completing the Service-Learning Honors Option Form found on the Honors College website.
